We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Yes, all Varmilo products come with a one-year limited warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.
